Welcome to i2unifi. Here is the simple version of how our service works.
What we provide
We host and support cloud UniFi controller services so you can manage your network more easily.
What you are responsible for
- Your account security (passwords, user access)
- Your devices and network setup
- Using the service legally
- Paying invoices on time
What you cannot do
- Break laws or violate others' rights
- Send spam, malware, or abusive traffic
- Try to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
Billing basics
Most plans auto-renew unless cancelled. If payment fails, service may be suspended.
Availability
We work hard to keep service reliable, but no provider can promise zero downtime.
Your data
You own your data. We only use it to run, secure, and support the service.
Backups
Unless your plan includes backups, do not assume backup/restore is guaranteed.
Liability limits
We are not liable for indirect losses; liability is capped as described in the full Terms.
